Clothing only, please
We only accept returns and exchanges on clothing. Everything else is final sale — no returns or exchanges on home decor, accessories, jewelry, candles, wax melts, body care, or any other non-clothing item.
Our policy for clothing
- Clothing returns are accepted within 10 days for an exchange or a gift certificate. We do not offer refunds in cash or back to a credit or debit card.
- Online orders: your 10 days start the day your package is delivered.
- In-store purchases: 10 days from the date on your receipt.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.

- Accessories (hats, bags, and more)
- Jewelry
- Candles and wax melts
- Body care (body mists and similar)
- Clearance and final-sale items
How to exchange a clothing item from an online order
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery (through our Contact Us page) with your order number.
- Mail the item back to us at Olive Juice Primitives, 9 E Union St, Liberty, IN 47353. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll email your gift certificate or ship your exchange — your choice!
